Climate change, occasionally mislabeled as “global warming,” is one of a number of hot-button political topics currently inflaming the passions of pundits and legislators alike. No matter which side of the debate you happen to be on, if you care about the future of wine, it’s worth considering any changes in the world’s climate may have on the delicate art of growing wine grapes.
